Repairs and Complaints
If you have a defective piece of equipment or product, you can have it expertly repaired by Berner. We offer our customers speedy repair service which is free of charge during the warranty period and even thereafter. Depending on the type of fault and the work involved, the repair will be carried out either by a Berner service technician or directly by the manufacturer. If it is a vital or expensive product we will, of course, lend you a temporary replacement free of charge. Collection of the defective part and delivery after the repair is also free of charge to the customer during the warranty period. Your field representative will take charge of the whole repair procedure for you.

To ensure long-term customer satisfaction, our after-sales service statistics are regularly analyzed to enable us – together with our colleagues in develop¬ment and production – to take appropriate action to improve the quality of our products. In this way, we can ensure permanent improvements in the quality of our product range, thereby creating a decisive advantage for our customers in meeting the challenges of their daily business.
